We will not accept a copy of The Metabolic Treatment of Fibromyalgia returned because the customer reviewed it and decided not to purchase it. If you want to review a copy of the book before purchasing it, please read our suggestion. A customer who has purchased a copy of the book and no longer wants to keep it may use Amazon.com's resale feature. This convenient service of Amazon.com's enables customers to sell to other customers books they no longer want. Under extraordinary circumstances, and only with our prior written agreement, a customer may return a copy of the book. Before a refund can be made, we must inspect the book to ensure that it is not damaged and is in resalable condition. In such cases, a processing and restocking fee of $25.00 will be charged. This fee will be deducted from the amount owed the customer as a refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We will replace a book that is damaged when the customer receives it. The customer will not be charged for shipping and handling of the replacement book. The customer must return the damaged book to us before we provide the replacement copy. We
